FALL

Loving the beautiful leaves right outside my back door. So excited for fall weather because it includes UTAH sweatshirts (and games), boots, and sweaters...
It is also the time for one of my FAVORITE holidays!!!!

Here are just some of the scary decorations I put up this year. When my sisters came over they asked me if I was afraid to go to sleep at night... I answered, "sometimes I think they might come alive." Ahhhhhhhaaaahhhhahhhhhahhhhhaaa.

Respect

I was on the concourse at the RSL game tonight while everyone was trying to get to their seats before the game began. Then I witnessed something awesome! As soon as the National Anthem began it was silent. Everyone stopped what they were doing, put their hand over their heart, and men even took their hats off. I wondered what would happen, would we all just keep moving and bustling about because we weren't really part of the "crowd" yet? I was in awe. No matter what is going on around us we LOVE this country and are so blessed to live here. It takes less than 3 minutes to show it the respect it deserves. I am proud to be an AMERICAN!!

On the other hand... waiting to get out of the parking lot I came across someone who needed to learn a little respect, or patience. Traffic was moving well with a car coming out of each aisle and alternating turns. When it was my turn I moved forward into the lane and the car that should have been letting me in sped up and hurried to swerve so I couldn't come into the lane. I was a little upset. I thought, I wonder if I keep going, will she really drive up and hit me just so she can be in front of me? But there is still good in the world. The car that had just joined the line from my aisle saw what happened and told me to go in front of them. Ha Ha, guess you will have to sit there a little longer... But my concern is, is this what this woman is teaching the children in her car??? No wonder we have road rage.
